6:30 PM - MARIUS LA NUIT
Marius la Nuit is a young woman alone with her guitar. She sings, she dreams, she cries, sometimes she is indignant. Originally from the Burgundy countryside, where she studied guitar, she is now living in Brussels. She has been singing since she was a child, accompanied by her guitar and sometimes by her father's piano. Her first songs came out during the confinement and gave birth to a first album. She woke up the old demons, sympathized with the new ones and put them into words. It's writing as an escape that will be put to music later. It must take the belly, it must take the throat. Marius la Nuit always has more to say in the sad, in the tears, under the rain. Despite the rain, a first album. Despite the storms, the clouds, she writes. Texts drawn from daily life, from current events, from dark days, from anger and from hope. A sincere album above all. Texts that she mixes with her guitar, her voice, her breathing, and sometimes a touch of violin.
7:15 PM - MELYS
Mélys plunges us into an indiefolk musical universe while mixing notes of blues and jazz. Songs written on the road, songs of the journey, music of the soul and of shipwrecks. In her set of compositions, her soft and husky voice reminds us of those lost moments when our mind wanders and is carried away by melancholy. On March 21, 2022, Mélys released her first EP "Agua". This album is a mix of old and new compositions all related to water. Water of the ocean, ocean of feelings and emotions, celebration of an eternal cycle... Let yourself be carried by the journey and come to discover in exclusivity some tracks of her next album!
8PM - YOUCRAB
Born in Australia to a Belgian mother and an Australian father, Alysa came back to Belgium to discover the artistic and cultural melting pot that is Brussels. With a musical practice that comes out of a love for pop, while bordering on jazz, soul and electro - the result is a sumptuous soup, a sweet voice garnished with rich harmonies and nice arrangements.
8:45PM - ALICE TUNNEY
Alice is a French-English singer, songwriter and performer who started playing music while busking in Dublin. On the 19th, she will perform her guitar-voice compositions, always with sweetness and melancholy.
9:30 PM - OBERBAUM
First solo flight of Lucie Rezsöhazy (Fabiola, Condore, Les Juliens...), OBERBAUM is not only a mythical bridge of Berlin, where she lived all her twenty years. It is also a joyfully melancholic indie pop, in which her influences are elegantly distilled: Andy Shauf, Julia Jacklin, and especially nineties artists like Sparklehorse and Cardigans. Classically trained in jazz and rock-pop of the nineties, Lucie comes out of her teenage bedroom with her first tracks WE YEARN and SOBBING DRY.
